The 2020 presidential election has been divisive and challenging for many. As you are preparing for Election Night and beyond, we are here to support you!

Join us for a discussion and to develop a pre-election plan for self-care:

Staying Grounded in the Midst of Election Distress and Uncertainty:
A Coping Plan and Self-Care Group

This group will help you:
-Reflect on current and upcoming anxieties
-Anticipate what may come in the days and weeks ahead
-Make a coping plan for managing election distress
-Create a plan to implement and maintain self-care practices to help with anxieties
-Create practical, emotional, and supportive preparation practices
