As a part of the Efroymson Creative Writing Series, the English and Creative Writing Department will host author Josh Barkan on Thursday, November 2nd. Barkan's work includes the novel Blind Speed and short story collections Before Hiroshima and Mexico -- named one of five best story collections of 2017 by Library Journal.
