Please join the Counseling Services Department to participate in a workshop on mindfulness and distress tolerance skills to help manage stress during finals. Both mindfulness and distress tolerance stem from the theoretical approach called Dialectical Behavioral Therapy or DBT. DBT works to motivate people to be the best version of themselves so they can move through the world with ease and confidence. The skills presented in the workshop will help manage stress surrounding finals and other stress that occurs in daily life.
