Swimming Through (Directed by Samantha Sanders)
Initially just acquaintances, three women form a fast friendship around their daily ritual of swimming at sunrise in Lake Michigan. As the brutal Chicago winter draws near, they make a pact to continue training through the snow and ice.
Musher (Directed by Laurie Little and Anuradha Rana)
Musher follows four women mushers and their sled dogs over the course of an exhilarating year as they prepare to compete at the annual Copperdog 80/150 Race held in Michigan’s upper peninsula. Featuring Blair Braverman, Kelsey Beaber, Alex LaPlante, and Martha Schouweiler, this film explores how women influence the sport.
