Subject: Varying Visions and some Spring Semester Plans

Hi First_Name,

A new semester is underway!

Welcome back, everyone (and to any newcomers: welcome)! The officers of Varying Visions hope you had a relaxing winter break and a happy holidays! Just wanted to reach out with some announcements. There's quite a few so stick with us here:

Our next meeting will be Sunday, January 29th at 4pm on Zoom (event with the link is attached to this email). We want to know how everyone's break was and how the first week of spring semester has been treating you! This will be very casual; we just want to check in!

On Tuesday, February 7th, we will be hosting our first in person meeting of the new semester. And the theme is... Valentine's Day! Join us at 4pm in Rm.329 of the Student Center and make some Valentines with us! It's an easy and inexpensive way to show someone your love, and the best part is, no need to wait till the last minute! An event in the Engage Portal will be created soon, so keep an eye out!

We're planning to take part in Columbia's Involvement Fair, known as Block Party, being held Wednesday, February 8th from 4-7pm at the Student Center. Get to know us a little more and invite your friends if they're looking for ways to get involved! Come say hi!

New(ish) email: varyingvisions@gmail.com (for any questions, suggestions, and anything in between)
Revamped LinktreeVarying Visions | Instagram | Linktree. A one stop shop for anything Varying Visions! Includes things like our meeting link and social media handles.

Phew, that was a lot: congrats if you stuck around till the end. We can't wait to see everyone again! Good luck with the rest of this first week!
