About Us

The Fresh Connect is in pursuit of further development of the hip-hop culture in Columbia and in Chicago. By developing cultures among student artists and connecting them with industry professionals, creators of The Fresh Connect aims to gather investment for the Hip-Hop Studies department through scholarship, and by continuing the practice of honoring the lifelong work of industry predecessors.
