We have lots of new students with a variety of backgrounds and hometowns coming in, and you may be asking yourselves: “Wait, where am I?” So here is our comprehensive guide to Columbia’s campus and a few extra fun sites that are worth the walk!
To our freshman and transfer students, Columbia has a handy building code to help you navigate. It’s super easy: each building is named after its street address! For example, Film Row (or the film building) is on 1104 S Wabash and is called 1104 on all maps.
And here are some extracurricular Chicago essential spots that are just as close of walk as campus is!
