TEDx Columbia College Chicago is a 6-hour event on May 2nd, 2024, curated by the TEDx Practicum Class in Business and Entrepreneurship. The goal is to bring together bright minds to give talks that are idea-focused, and on a wide range of subjects, to foster learning, inspiration, and wonder – and provoke conversations that matter. This year’s theme is Impulse & Impact, and we hope to delve into the origins and effects of our creative impulses and how to pursue them in a way that is fulfilling and impactful.
The event will consist of 3 speaker sessions with guest and student speakers, and will be an hour and a half each, with breaks in between where attendees can talk and get refreshments! The sessions will be filmed all day long and available to stream during and after the event, so you can go back and rewatch your favorite speakers. You must RSVP for this event, but tickets are FREE!
