The end of the semester can be stressful. From late assignments to long study hours, this is the busiest time of the year.Therefore, it is critical to listen to your body and mind and slow down as much as possible. Focus on your physical, emotional, and mental health. Eat a snack, take a nap, open your blinds…do something you love to de-stress.
Take a deep breath. Everything will be OK.
