It’s Friendsgiving season! We have a few ideas to get your Friendsgiving feast started that are easy, fun, and group friendly. Feel free to use what you like, leave what you don’t, and add what you want!
1. Charcuterie Boards- Have everyone in the group bring something to contribute; crackers, cheese, jam, prosciutto, the works. Perfect for sharing and snacking!
2. Mac & Cheese- A fan favorite (if you’re not lactose intolerant). If you have access to an oven, baked mac is comforting, easy, and delicious.
3. Baked Potatoes- Swap out traditional mashed potatoes for build your own baked potatoes! Less prep and everyone can have them the way they like.
4. Cranberry and Apple Cider Mocktails- festive fizzy drinks for all! Cranberry Sprite is currently in season… Do with that information what you will.
5. Brownies/Blondies- You can’t have Friendsgiving without a sweet treat, and depending on your situation maybe you don’t have enough time for a pie. Brownies and blondies are great options for sharing, and you can still have it a la mode!
Fill up your plate and tell your friends you love them, happy festivities Columbia!
