Glossier Store Opening!

Friday, April 14th 2023, internet-born beauty brand Glossier opened their newest permanent location at 932 N. Rush here in Chicago! The Grand Opening of the store was from 9am to 4pm on April 14th, and featured complimentary snacks, mocktails, stickers, and samples for all attendees. The store itself features beautiful test tables with double sided mirrors (perfect for trying your new favorite product), high ceilings with baby pink walls, and a secret nook with their signature “you look good” slogan mirror. Oh, and there’s a Chicago exclusive bucket hat, which can only be purchased on location.

 
The Rush street location is the 11th permanent store to open, with other locations in Atlanta, Boston, DC, Los Angeles, Philadelphia and Seattle, with one abroad location in London. Glossier has visited Chicago before as a temporary pop-up back in 2018, but this one is here to stay! This year the brand has also launched their products at Sephora beauty, making it accessible to an even larger population. While Sephora makes the products more convenient, visiting the Rush location is more of an experience (not to mention much more Instagram worthy, something the brand’s marketing thrives on).
As for the people working at the store, employees are kind and helpful, and will assist you with any products you wish to try. They can also help you decide on colors and shades that are the best fit for you, in case you’re unsure.
The Glossier store is open 10am to 8pm Monday thru Friday and Sunday from 11am to 7pm.
