Columbia wants you to feel your best so you can succeed in all of your endeavors.
A few things to remember as the semester gets busier:
- Take breaks and schedule time to wind down; putting aside time for yourself will help prevent burnout and keep you going strong.
- Eat meals! Your body and your brain need fuel to get you through the day, so do your best to plan your next meal or snack ahead of time.
- Get your sleep! No, you can’t stay up all night every night, you’ll do yourself more harm than good in the long run. We understand that every once in a while, a really late night is unavoidable; but don’t make a habit of it.
The Center for Student Wellbeing is open Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and TimelyCare is accessible 24/7 online or from your mobile device. You can also visit
