Bodies: Exploring body image through radical acceptance and intersections of culture and identity (Therapy Group Week 1)

Bodies exist in all different shapes, sizes, colors, and abilities, yet everyone experiences their individual struggles from time to time. Bodies will explore body image through acceptance, identity, culture, and values. Each session will encourage participants to get in touch with their own beliefs around bodies and how they show up in their lives, as well as where they came from. This is a weekly therapy group, each week will build on the next.
