Join a community of students interested in exploring their leadership skills and style through artistic expressions, reflection, and community dialogue.

What is it? 

Creative Leaders of Columbia is a leadership development program that provides a space for students who are interested in exploring their creative leadership identity, having in-depth reflections on values-based leadership,
positive social change, and inspirational influence.  

Through weekly events and activities, students are given a leadership topic to explore through conversation, reflection, creative and crafty activities, games, and exploration off-campus. The program is open to all students who would like to join, share, and grow together. You can learn and follow what upcoming events are happening on our Engage Portal Page. 

Why should I join?

By participating in the program you will have the opportunity to engage in creative experiential leadership activities, group discussions, and reflections on your own leadership skills and style. You will grow as both an artist and leader while developing lasting supportive relationships with your peers.
